My history

the creation of mauve

A love for Dogs, Chickens, living on small farmland, and in the industry, owner Nick has been working in the restaurant service industry for over 18 years. Striving to give the best experience to every guest.

After years behind the bar, a night of drinking and goal setting lead to admiring the color of spilled red wine. From there, Mauve (a synonym of red) and its concept was born. There are many hues of Mauve, and that’s what you’ll expect in return; different hues of creativity, flavors, and style.
